Wuhu Xinxing Cast Pipe

This project is the technical renovation project of the blast furnace soft water air cooler in the company's iron casting plant, mainly aimed at providing circulating cooling soft water for blast furnace cooling. The company originally used 12 sets of plate evaporative coolers, but due to cooling efficiency issues, the system was partially upgraded and replaced with 6 sets of new closed cooling towers FBN-3564S from our company. The design flow rate of a single cooling tower is 500m3/h, the inlet water temperature is 48 ℃, and the outlet water temperature difference is not less than 8 ℃. The modified system has been in operation since June 2018, and the cooling effect fully meets the design requirements.
